Top 5 star hotel with over 200 rooms in Hertfordshire seeks a confident, professional bar supervisor to aid the bar manager in running the busy beverage operations for their fine-dining restaurant bar. Applicants must be experienced within bar operations at distinguished establishments or 4*5 star hotels and be able to cope under pressure. Immaculate presentation is essential.
